Trying to run my HiS x800 pro higher than 555/555, tends to lock up when it breaks 50-55C. Using newest Cat drivers (5.3?) with ATITool to OC with. I haven't tried *too* much to change the speeds to anything +/- 5mhz, my monitor is doing funky things when it has to change resolutions, but that's another problem.
 
50-55C is rather low for full load. I think it is crashing because you're pushing it too hard. My 6800 Ultra has gotten upto 75C full load (Alt tabbed quickly in middle of game) while playing Farcry.

Just run it at the most stable settings.
