General Purpose Cache Cleaner Needed

I'm looking for a program that will find and erase all logs, history, cookies, etc. from IE, windows, P2P programs, everything. Preferably freeware. If such a monster exists, please let me know!

Here's one: Microsoft AntiSpyware beta. Advanced Tools > Tracks Eraser. Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal has some similar functions too.

...or if that's not strong enough, there's always DBAN. Although if you need to use DBAN, you probably deserve whatever it is you're trying to dodge responsibility for
