I'm looking to build a new P4 box and I have not kept up with things. I need to know if I need a new case or not, whether all motherboards require the new 12V connector, and some suggestions on cooling. I am looking to overclock this PC, so performance of the cooler is very important, but I would prefer to not get one of the new extremely loud fans.
