General MS OFfice question

Is there a company that provides support with users struggling to do a task in MS Office? Like if you wanted tips on how to pivot a table or make a formula in excel etc.

I tried searching, but came up with way too many results on Networking and this isn't even a network issue.

LOL, I"m not asking a specific quesiton about apps. I just wanna know if there's a place someone can call if they needed help a certain task in an MS office app. Like is there a subscription service where you can pay a fee each month and be able to call an 800 number to get advice on how to do certain tasks.
