general laptop ram question

i have a fujitsu laptop and i am trying to upgrade the ram.

Text is the ram that i am supposed to get. is there anyway i can get the same ram, but a different brand for my laptop? the goal of course is to save money, just not sure if i get another ram that fits the descriptions but not my laptop. thanks!

which notebook is it.. those MINI notebooks uses MINI sodimm.. if its the s2110, that looks like a full size.. u can get like PNY pc2700 off newegg for 80 bucks..

i have the s2110, awesome laptop btw. but my concern is that the stick that shows on the fujitsu website looks different from the other ddr 333 sodimm sticks, the break in the pins seem to be in different places. does that matter?

oh forgot to mention, 1 module installs upside down.. so it'll look like its different
