general internet slow for anyone else in the NY/NJ/Conn Tri-State area?

Which tri-state?

We have several T1s through Qwest in Minneapolis. Some routes are fine, others slow as hell. Probably a large trunk having problems somewhere. In particular, Google/Gmail are really slow for me.
