Curious as to exactly what these little things can do. All I know is that you can puta FCPGA cpu into a slot 1 mother board. How do they help with voltage tweaking?

They have jumpers for voltage, as well as some for 66/100/133MHz fsb. :)

Not necessarily. Early slotkets were for PPGA, and some did not work with FCPGA CPUs.

As for voltage tweaking, I have an Abit Slotket!!! on an Abit BX6r2 MB. All the voltage tweaking I do is in the bios. I jumper the Slotket!!! to "Auto".

There are a lot of slotket/mother board combos. Maybe a specific question would be more helpful to what you are trying to learn.
