Doing a report on genetic engineering in humans/plants (positive outlook), but can't find any government links to the actual laws red-taping GenEng exeriments. I only can find abstract references to "drug policies administrating genetically engineered drugs such as human insulin", etc. Is anyone here pre-law or know of where I can find a link?

lol, i wish that were it for my homework. but alas, this is a 10-page report which will eventually lead to a presentation and finally a final exam presentation

I checked their E_library but found nothing of use. So i checked out fda.gov and found nothing there as well.

anyone? someone's got to have some idea of other sources to peruse?
