Geil PC4000 won't run in 1T? (K8N Neo2)

Hi!

My system is in my sig. I bought recently a Geil PC4000 Ultra plat. 2x512MB. I get nice overclocking reaching my cpu limit 1:1, but only at 2T. 1T won't post. Is there something to do with the BIOS or something else?

I've tried a hell lot of BIOS:
1.3
1.36
1.36Mod
1.40
1.41Mod
1.5X

For unknown reason, BIOS 1.4, 1.5, 1.51, 1.5X makes my Windows unbootable whatever I set my RAM at (and tried other sticks too) and the symptoms are different, so I exclude those BIOS. Any ideas, please?

could try slackening off the timmings abit......... maybe try 2.5-4-4-8 or something, i heard that for Nforce 3 the best TRas time is 11, but i dont no which one is Tras so i just left it

jus try loosen timings then see if it will,

I tried very loose timings. I tried 133MHz (DDR266)@ 3-5-5-10-1T! and the 1T made that it wouldn't boot... 🙁

I'm using that MB as I type...

Crucial Ballistix PC4000 have no problem with 1T, even at a very high FSB.

Kingston HyperX PC4000 works at 1T @ PC3200 speeds.
Standard Crucial PC3200 works at 1T @ PC3200 speeds.
