1700+ DLT3C WPMW @ 2.3ghz (11.5x200)
Antec True Power 380W
Abit NF7-S
(2x512) GEIL PC3500 2-3-3-6 (dual channel)

Doe anyone out there have a similar set as I. I cant get my POS ram to post anywhere over 200mhz with these timings. Its rated at PC3500 2-3-3-6. I even tried pumping in 2.9v to the ram but it hangs during prime. Thanks for the help!

GeIL RAM is specifically made/timed for Intel chipsets. I just recently e-mailed GeIL tech support and you know what they said?
Because in the nvidia dual channel is list:
The single channel is CL=2.5-6-3-3 or 2-6-3-3 .But in nvidia dual channel is
2.5-8-4-4 or 2-8-4-4. So nvidia dual channel must set 2.5-8-4-4 or 2-8-4-4.
In other chipset is no this problem.

Good luck running your RAM with the right timings...because I sure can't get my PC2700 to run at 2-2-2-5...

Im currently running Geil 3500 ultra platinum, 2x256, running perfectly stable in dual channel mode. I havent tried overclocking at all, but prime95 runs fine.

That is not POS, your setup is responsible. I am running GEIL at 484 MHz on Intel machine. Why are you guys buying memory designed for Intel motherboards?
N-Force 2 has problem running all sorts of memory, not only GEIL. Samsung PC 3200 for example, easily 440 MHz and higher on Intel, cannot hit 400 MHz on N-Force 2.
What does that tell you about your motherboard and processor?
