My target is to get 4GB ram DDr3 , so after looking true all the options 2 ,candiate where left because of price , not exceeding the standard 1.65 volt and price.

But have no experience with geil as memory , neither do i have with OCZ but they been there for a while now. ^_^ The whole bling bling dragon looks doesn't intreset me one bit , just noticed the 1.5 volt and 7-7-7-24 vs OCZ v 1.65 7-7-7-20.

So anyone with a good reason to absolutly not to buy one of these 2 , your input is very much appreciated.

There was someone that commented that it's impossible to get ahold of Geil support if you need an RMA, so they were no longer going to buy geil memory.

geil is generally more expensive and high quality.
Geil ram is typically top end components and often comes without heat spreaders, yet still outperforms heatspreader equipped ram... it also comes in a kick ass beutiful box.
Some of my OCer friends buy geil, I never do because I honestly can't justify the extra cost over cheaper ram.

but yes, like everyone else they have a value line, which feature standard sized chips (notice the chips on the black dragon are physically smaller) and heatspreaders.

There is a kingstone that matches that in advertised speed, and a Gskill that actually has higher rated spec but requires a massive heatspreader and a fan (provided with):

most companies don't go that high though.
