Geil 2Gb DDR2 800

I'm building a new core 2 system soon, and I was really considering Geil's 2Gb kit of DDR2 800 at CL4. I have 1Gb of Geil DDR 500 in my P4 now, and it has been nothing but wonderful. So whats up with all the bad reviews this kit has been getting on newegg? If Anand used it in their P965 roundup, it can't possibly be that bad. I would appreciate anyone who's owned or tested the kit to give me their opinion.
