I got a quote from Geico. Despite having no tickets on my record, no accidents, et cetera, their base rate is a few hundred dollars more than I am paying with Allstate. That lizard is a lying bastard! :|

I would like to disagree.

All State offered me a insurance of $2400 for 6 months, but Geico gave me the same deal for $800.

Gecio has been very professional and their sales people were very good.

My friend had his car totalled last week and he got a check from Geico in less than a week. I would highly recommend Geico.

I pay around $600.00 a year for Allstate, Geico wanted roughly the same amount for six months.

If you have a perfect record, Geico isn't for you. State Farm has really cheap rates for drivers with clean records and good credit.

I got rear-ended. To pay a single medical bill, GEICO made me submit ALL of my medical records for the last decade. Thankfully, I have no psychiatric or embarrassing medical records, but why the hell is it any of their business how my last pap smear went. They wanted dentists, all physicians, "massage records" whatever those are, gynecologist, podiatrist, sports doctor. What an invasion of privacy. Then, it took them many months to pay the hospital. I ended up calling the state insurance commissioner and the person on the phone acknowledged this is business as usual with them. You get what you pay for.
