Forgive my ignorance, but what is the significance of "it's an mx200"? Is that bad?

Forgive my ignorance too. What is mx200......i cant seem to find much reviews about it...only mx. waht is the difference?

MX200 is slower than MX400. I'm not sure, but I think it has a 64bit bus versus a 128bit bus. Kind of like the TNT2 M64 verus the regular TNT2.

ok guys the Geforce ME 200 core is a bit underpowered. It goes like this TNT2, GF 2 MX 200, GF 2 MX, GF 2 400. Basicallly its a revamped version of the GF2 MX maded to use cheaper SDR ram, and make the chip cheaper of course with expesnse of performance of course. Check out Dr Tom's they got a review of the GF 2 400 which has a lot about the 200 as well.

The 64bit path to SDR memory will kill your fps in high resolutions and/or 32bit color. Some benchmarks have shown a TNT2 Ultra beating a MX200 in certain resolutions.

If you can find then buy the old GeForce2 MX cards.

The MX 200s are slower and the MX 400s are really not much fater for the price.
