I just picked up a couple of widescreen monitors but wondering if my GeForce4 Ti4200 video cards will support the native resolutions. One monitor is a 20" (1680x1050). The other is a 24" (1920X1200). I have done searches but can't find a published specs for different resolutions. I don't want to open up the monitors before I can verify the video card will support it. Can someone point me to a link that has this info?

Thanks,
Mac

Thanks for the reply. I remember/relearned an old trick that allowed me to confirm the supported resolutions. When viewing the Settings within Display Properties:
- Select the Advanced button
- Select the Monitor tab
- Deselect (toggle off) "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display"
- Select the Adapter tab
- Select the "List All Modes"

You can then see all of the display modes supported. Saying that, I saw that the Ti4200 will support the 24" LCD in native mode 1920x1200 but not the 22" LCD.

One comment that you made that I don't quite understand is that 1920x1200 is not supported through the DVI connecter? I have a DVI-I to VGA converter on it now but was wanting to remove it and run the new display as pure digital. This will not work? Odd.
