GEFORCE4 Ti4200 128MB OR ATI RADEON 9500 PRO?

One of these will be my next card - which should it be?

BTW, I have the option of purchasing a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9500 Pro OEM - should I just stick to retail ATI?
 
Would there be any issues arising from installing a GeForce card, then removing it, and installing a Radeon card? My existing card is a GeForce, but I am leaning towards the Radeon.
 
I just installed my Radeon 9500 Pro (retail) and the card is faster then my VisionTek GeForce4 Ti 4200 w/ 128MB of ram.

The only problem is that it's totally screwing up my LCD when I'm at the desktop level. It's totally giving me a headache... Unless I can find a fix I'm going back to my GeForce4... The only thing that helps is to lower the hardware acceleration slider in the troubleshooting tab for the display properties...
