Which one would be the better choice Geforce MX440 128mb or Geforce FX5200 64mb? i can get both for around 50 dollars.

same f-ing cards get the 5200 since it has 9.0 directx and the mx doesnt so just get the 5200fx you will bearly see a differnces.:D

Neither.

Take a look for a 8500LE, i've heard you can get them for about the same price, and it will blow away both :)

Of course if you can get a Ti4200 or 9100/9200 for almost the same price anywhere, you won't regret it, even paying $10-20 more, believe me you'll be pleased you did :)


I would rather wait another week or two and get some more money and get something a lot faster than waste my money on either of those cards if you are even considering playing any half modern games at anything other than 800x600 :)

i just ordered a refreb $48.50 8500le 64mb and guess what i saw a non le 8500 for $39 after i ordered lol which card is better the 8500le or geforce 3 non ti.

I just got my Ti200 Golden Sample from newegg.com for $78 shipped. I overclocked it to 254/553 and got 11,238 3dmarks. Thing looks great.

I would buy neither

get a Radeon 8500 LE 128 MB or Radeon 9100 128MB for around the same price, will eat up those cards
