GeForce4 MX 440 AGP - Please Help!

I cannot get my new GEForce MX 440 AGP to work with my new motherboard! It has a VIA chipset and I've updated the bus drivers!

Bios has detected new card but
The system freezes up before fully loading windows

My PCI Voodoo 3 card works fine.

I would appreciate any help!

remove mx card boot into safe mode uninstall voodoo card - search for voodoo, 3dfx and anyhting else related then turn off remove card re install geforce and then boot up - last step is to avoid any trolls saying die mx scum 😉
