GeForce4 Card Pictures

Looks pretty simple. I guess DVI is getting pretty popular now too.

It prob won't look the same way once ppl slap on a bigger HSF and memory heatsinks. I wonder if it will be any good at overclocking any further though.
 
It's funny how they say the memory chips are missing from the card when they are in plain view. Granted this is not the standard memory that is commonly used because there are no wire leads on the chips beacuse they are BGA chips.
 
That's a very big card actually.

Nearly as big as an Audigy, if not larger.

But you're right. Personally, I could care less if it was 2 feet long and weighed 20 pounds. It's the GeForce 4 baby!

Even that makes no sense 😉 Think about it. If you have a "clear" tower case, your AGP card is gonna be situated perpendicular to your line of sight if you are looking into the side of the case. So if you were looking at it straight on, all you would see is a thin strip (side view of the card silicon) with a heatsink attached at the bottom. Then being flanked by a CPU heatsink on one side and a PCI card on the other, what is there to see??

but, then again.. I'm sure that's just a "reference" model..
and MSI will come out with their usual red boards, PNY black, or whatever..

It definately looks odd with the "missing memory" though... I dont see myself being able to afford one of those babies! Well, at least initially 😉

 
Now the real question for me is which GF4 to buy 😕 .

Btw that card may look ugly to some people but stick a nice neon light in the window and it won`t look ugly anymore 😉.

You know nVidia monitors these boards! As soon as someone finds leaked pics, they post them here, and within a few hours so, nVidia has contacted the site in question and has them removed!
 
You're right! The nVidia picture fairy emptied my temp files! They must have seen my post! No really, I snagged 'em first and they're safe in their own directory in the "My Images" dir. 🙂
 
Could someone please post the Nvidia geforce 4 pictures on their webspace that were taken down please? I was about to go there and save them myself but they were already gone when the first time i tried 🙁

Any help appreicated
