has anybody successfully gotten a geforce4 card to work on a k7t pro v1 mobo?
I have a friend who is having the following problems.
1. the display goes entirely greek - random greek letters all over, black
background, white letters.
2. Checker board: alternating colored stripes, (broad horizontal, thin
vertical)
Usually some scattering of greek also.
3. Card is rejected/unrecognized by bios during system check.
I had thought it might be a power issue, with either the agp slot or the fact that he has only a 250 powersupply. I don't know which brand of geforce4 he has. His current working card is a voodoo 3k.
any thoughts?
