geforce3 with a epox mvp3g5

i have a amd k63-400 chip, epox mvp3g5 mb, 128mb pc133 cas 2, 20gb hd ata66, win98se. this system runs pretty good with the exception of my vid card(stealth III 540 32mb agp). I've been considering geforce3 and geforce pro 64mb agp cards. i have direct x8.0 and all of win98se updates. i play games and do pro office as well. will the geforce3 work on this system? i understand direct x8 is designed for the geforce3.

If you really want to burn $300, get a T-bird, mobo, and radeon
