Geforce3 using to many resources!

I just got a Gainward Geforce3 Golden Sample and it's an awesome card but ever since I installed it I can no longer use my pci dsl card to log in to the internet. I tried moving it to different pci slots but no luck. I pulled the GF3 and put my GF2 back in and the dsl card works again like magic. The GF2 I am replacing didn't have anything but VGA out, but the new GF3 has VGA, TV-OUT, and DVI. Is there any way to make this thing share a little more?! Any help would be appreciated.
