Geforce3 Ti200, why does this happen?

For some reason the first line if text in diablo 2 gets blurred as can be seen in this screen shot. It's a rather annoying thing to see one line of text blurry and another right under it crisp.

Probably a sucky rfi filter(most nvidia cards come standard with these !!) that makes the top of the screen blurred.

What's that and does it mean there's nothing I can do but return the card?

By the way, Diablo2 is the only game that I have tried to play so far and I do not have a blurring problem on my desktop.

An RFI filter problem would not show up in a screenshot.

well I know old screens can blur the sides of the image... thats what it looks like but it's impossible with a creenshot too....

Hmm I know my old Voodoo5 5500 worked with out flaw on the same system. So it has to be the video card or video settings. Any more ideas? Should I RMA the card?

I tried putting 16tap Ansio & Quincunx on and off aswell as dropping the clock speeds blow specs. None of which made a difference.

The really odd thing is the background isn't blurry. Just the text. I would expect the background to be blurry aswell. That or all of the text to be blurry.
