Hmm, thats weird. I would guess it could be the Power Supply if it's not very powerful (The GF3 needs more current than the MX does). I figure if its 250W or below, that could be the problem... If it's 300W or above I doubt it.

One thing is that when you overclock the FSB, you're also overclocking the PCI and AGP bus... a 145 MHz fsb gives a 72.5 MHz AGP clock (over the regular 66 MHz), however pretty much all GeForce and Radeon cards can do 75+ MHz AGP easy, so it strikes me as very odd.

Are you overclocking the GF3 Ti200 (I assume you are because they're such great overclockers :). If you are overclocking it, try lowering the overclock a bit and experimenting incrementally increasing the FSB.

Also, increased heat in the case could be the cause, like if you took out a fan, or just the fact that the air is hotter. It could also be your CPU not wanting to go that high anymore (this can happen). Increasing/decreasing the voltage could work in that case.

How about the chance his mobo using a 2/3 fixed AGP multiplier that gives us 93Mhz @140FSB? Maybe the GF2 Pro can take it but not the Ti....
Do u know anything about it Looong?

Well frankly speaking i dont know anything about that. I know geforce2 pro can take higher MHZ then voodoo. I remember i saw a chart that list out all max MHz any videocard can take. Ofcourse the chart doesnt included geforce3 ...... emm...... no idea......i dont know whether the agp ratio is lock or not because in the bios it doesnt have the function to change the agp ratio .....maybe is lock ...maybe not i really dont know .....anyone ?

im going with the heat, cool that bad boy down!!!!!!

the P/S could definately cramp your style,

that ti200 could be dumping just enuff heat to max your CPU out

jus my 2 cents

I'm running 147 FSB w/ a Gainward GF3 Ti200. No problems to report. Can probably hit higher if I would get off my lazy butt and unlock my XP processor! :)

emm..seems like amd user dont have this problem. I think is because of the mobo .... cusl2c mobo dont have the divider for agp ....
