GeForce3 Ti200 n WinXP

I just upgraded my Leadtek GeForce 2 Pro card to a Cardexpert GeForce 3 Ti200 card. Problem is, WinXP won't take the nvidia 23.11 detenator drivers. I first tried installing the older version that came with the install disk in the bundle, but they didnt work. I would get past the point where it told me the card hadnt past the windows logo schpeel, then it would finish and say that the drivers were invalid and failed.

Then, I attempted to install the detenator drivers and they appeared to install properly, but when i reboot, i still get the windows hardware installer finding new hardware.

Any ideas??
