GeForce3 Ti200 128MB problem with WinXP & Win2k

My current setting of my computer is AMD XP1900+, Epox MB, and a Chaintech Geforce3 Ti200 128MB videocard. I"ve been experiencing driver problems with Windows XP and 2000. I've tried the driver that comes with the card and the driver from Nvidia, both won't work and everytime I boot into Windows, it freezes. I am not sure if it's a known problem but I certainly don't have any problem with my Geforce2 GTS-V with the same type of drivers (Tried both WinXP and Win2k). I am not sure if it's the card or the driver. Please reply if you have any idea about this problem.

Thank you
