Geforce3 Problems (New card)

Hey, I just got a Geforce3.. it is running badly, my speed is ok, but my computer just keeps on randomly shutting off... (This happened after I put in the Geforce3)... Temps of CPU = 46c, Drivers 21.83 for Windows ME

I am using Windows ME
Abit KT7A - 1.2ghz (Not OC'ed right now)
