Customer service is apparently non-existant. I've purchased from them before a couple years ago, one time for a Celeron 366 and the other for a *gasp* $175 stick of 128MB PC133 RAM. I had no problems, but I guess when they screw up or send you DOA stuff, the customer gets screwed.

Access Micro advertised Retail Celeron 300a (you know back then) - I ordered two. They shipped me two OEM 300a loose in a box with no packing and no static wrap. They took them back after a few calls but I still lost shipping costs both ways for what was essentially fraud. That was just my experience. Too many good suppliers out there to deal with low brows.

Stay as far away as possible from these guys.

I ordered an ASUS MB from them and it took three weeks of emailing and calling for them to investigate why the order was "being packed in warehouse".
Finally cancelled the order when a CSR told me they don't sell ASUS products (started to tell her that the webpage shows they did, but decided it was a losing battle).

These guys couldn't run a mail-order business if someone did it for them.

Its amazing how you can go from pillar to post with these things.

I have ordered a few not-so-cheap items from them, and was very satisfied with the price, shipping, etc. I even had to return an item that was DOA................and the only thing I was asked to do was check w/their tech department to see if they could help solve the problem.
The tech dept. could not help solve the problem, so I was sent an RMA immediately, returned the product, and was given credit right away.

That was my experience, and I would definitely do business with them again.
