Conversion was good even flash the bios with the GloriaIII and man it's good, you have to install some heatsink on your mem cause Quadro runs 250core/400mem lots of heat.
No problems at all.
 
No heatsink is needed, as the memory and core are easily adjustable, and can simply be put back to 200/333 if desired. Actually that's what my Quadro2 Pro with Elsa Gloria III bios boots up at by default. (200/333).
