I'm running UT 4.28 right now, tried 4.32 with the same problem. Tried 2 bit color as well with the same problem. I'm running that 6.35 drivers on Win ME. I'v tried every setting that I could think of. Any ideas how I can fix the texturs? As far as I can tell, I only have this problem with the Towers in Facing Wolrds, all other maps seem find.

I'm now running the 6.31 drivers and I'm running in 32 bit color as well. Still haveing the same problem. Since there are differnet websites with differnet OpnGL driver settings for the UT.ini........What would be a good set of settings to try?

As far as settings go, I'm somewhat biased, but I reccomend following this article.

Also, I assumed what your problem was, but can you describe it in detail"

I followed someones suggested on removing all driver settings (opengl tab) and my problem has been fixed for the mast part. There is still a little bit of texture missing on the towers but nothing like before. I think I'm going to turn each option on in the drivers to find out which one causes such an ugly problem.....
