The Geforce2/TI is very comparable to a GeForce2/Pro
BUT, not comparable to a GeForce3/TI. Different GPU, The 3 will perform much better then the 2, but I do believe the GeForce2/TI is *close* to top of the line Geforce2.
I have a Gainward Geforce2/TI (The exact card you mentioned), it overclocks well, and does a great job. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but if games are your thing, I'd recommed the GeForce3, only a casual gamer, the GeForce2/TI should please you.

By the way, The Geforce2/Ti 450 has clock speed of 250MHZ Core/400MHZ Memory (stock) A little faster than the GeForce2/Pro, but performs about the same from what I've seen around the 'net.

dvdman3- I don't see the appeal of the card you mention. It's going too close to the price of the GF3 Ti200 - that is to say, 2/3 of it. Look at reviews where the GF3 Ti shows massive improvements in complicated scenes and antialiasing. You're getting a lot more graphic capability for that extra cost.
Basically to me, GF2 64mb is in a no-man's land at the moment.
