GeForce2 MX200 64MB SDRAm w/EverQuest: Anyone know performance?

A friend of mine recently bought the new Shadows of Luclin expansion for EQ...but only has a TNT2 Ultra video card. He has to run with all the extra graphics turned off or his computer chokes. Was wondering if anyone knew how good the GeForce2 MX200 did with the new expansion (how many extras you can turn on, etc.) as it's fairly cheap and he doesn't have a lot of money to spend.

It's also quite a bit more, and he doesn't have a lot of money to spend. So I was looking for the cheapest alternative to be able to turn on some of the features (or just increase his FPS in general). If he had the money, he'd get a GeForce3........but that's not an option.

well a redeon LE, mx, mx400, GTSv are cheap and would do what he wants but not as cheap as a mx200 though.
