I have a DFI K6bV3+ MoBo with a K63-450 @ 450.
Which card would be best with regard to

1) STABILITY
2) DEALING WITH DRIVERS
3) PERFORMANDCE

GeForce2 MX
or
Radeon LE.

I would reccomend the Radeon DDR LE because it will beat the MX very badly in 32bit and hi-res situations. This would be the best option if you are using Win98/Me. However, if you are using Win2k, you may want to choose the MX over the Radeon because of ATI's poor driver support in Win2K.

I don't know...the K6 will probably limit the video cards, so I don't know, the performance will probably be similar. Stability is like a toss up, most say Radeons aren't as compatible, but some say the opposite. Though you may want to look into the MX's power consumption and if your board can handle it, I've heard of a few that couldn't get Geforce MX's to run on some boards because of that.

Remember, the MVP3 has problems with 2X AGP.

I'd still go to a 3DFX V3 2000 0r 3000. You can find them for $50 or less in the For Sale forums.

I've been through your uggrade path and you will not believe what a V3 will do for your system....and another 64mb RAM while your at it.
