I bought an ELSA Gladiac GeForce2 GTS 32 mb about a week ago and i installed it perfectly. All the drivers are installed and my computer specs are 850 Athlon, 256 mb pc133, and Quantum 30 gig fireball. I tried one of the Nvidia demos and it runs about 10 to 15 fps. Could it possibly be that this video card was a dud? Should i return it and get another one?

Which demo was going that slow for you?

System specs?(mobo, OS etc)

Did you format and reinstall your OS before you installed the GF2?

Try installing the via4-1 drivers. My friend would get only 1700 without them, and then went up to 4500 when he had them installed.

okay, what results are you getting right now? (compared to before). Also, this file should be installed when you install the via 4-1 drivers. If you search your harddrive for it, it should be in the installation files.

The performance has dramatically improved!! I would say it would be 50-60 fps now. I have searched for the file on my computer, but it can't be found. I checked the drivers and it only contains text files with the word viagart
