geforce2 gts quality image problem

Hi ,
i am having a very bad image quality form my geforce2 gts ... even geforce2 mx have the better image then the gts...is it dying ?
is there any tweak out there can tweak the image ?
beside that ...the driver always detect my gts 64ddr as 32ddr.......wat can i do? use other driver ? currently i am using detonatorxp from nvidia but it only detected geforce2 gts....... no memory listed ...... how do i know how much memory i have ?( i got this videocard from someone)
