Geforce2 GTS probs. . . .

I have a Geforce2 GTS 32mb DDR card. When I run 3Dmark the helicopter test gets quite slow/sluggish when it starts or the action increases like when the other helicopter blows up. When I went to start up 3D mark 2000 today i got an error say it requires a video card with at least 4mb of video ram then after that happened once it started up fine. I'm runnin win2k, the latest nVidia drivers and the latest VIA drivers and a Gygabyte-7ZX mobo. What could be causeing this? I get a low score in 3D mark of 5500 or less. Thanks!!!
