Geforce2 GTS 64mb question

I have a visiontek geforce2 gts 64mb and it has no fan, but it has a heatsink on it.

If i would to put heatsinks on the ram and a fan on the geforce chip. Would my card perform any better?

Cause for some reason my games stutter sometimes when playing for a long time. ANd i pretty much turned down all the eye candy.

By games i mostly mean Warcraft3 and Quake3.

Unless your memory is currently very hot to the touch, it's unlikely heatsinks and fans would make a difference. Those are really used for overclocking, when you get into bigger heat problems. The games stutter because, well, they run in Windows Of course, that's just IMHO, but it seems unlikely to me that spending time and money on fans and heatsinks would make much of a difference.
