Geforce2 GTS 32mb

I would recommend using Nvidia detonator 3 (6.18) drivers. They are about 15% faster than the older drivers. So far I haven't had any problems with 6.18.
 
I've had great results from the 6.18 Det 3 drivers. Get the CoolBits registry hack and you'll be able to overclock from the Settings property just like the oem utilities.
