Geforce + Win2k = which driver?

the 12.41's turned out to suck, it killed my fps in all my games even after turng antilasing off. i cant even uninstall em without getting a conflict. I was thinking about going back to 6.47 since they work fine and I get good performance, does anything higher work better performace wise?
 
Not sure performance-wise (I forgot how the 6.47's performed), but the 12.90's are really stable, and seem to perform really well (with my Geforce2 MXR)
