GeForce to Quadro...???

While surfing on the internet, I got this thread.....the guy is saying that you can convert your GeForce to Quadro......but the thing is that he has mentioned only Ti4x00 series. I have Ti4200 on my machine. But before doing any experiment on that I want to do this on diff machine which has MX440. My question is can we really convert GeForce to Quadro...?? and whether it's possible to convert from MX 440...??
