The fan on my Visiontek GEforce4 TI4200 is very close to stopping. Every time I tap on it, it starts moving like it's suppose to. what's a solution for this?

That Thermaltake is pretty but all show and no go. It is still a tiny heatsink and tinky noisy fan. If PCI1 is not of use it would be much better using a larger heatsink -anything from a 25 cent 586 type on up. Then remove the PCI1 slot cover and use a large fan at the bottom of the case (or a blower mounted on the heatsink) to pass air over the heatsink and out the case. Hook it up to a switch or use SpeedFan software and you can turn it off when not gaming.
