GeForce Ti 200 won't detect TV display? Help

When I connect a TV to my TV out on my GeForce Ti200 the device is not detected. I've tried two different TV's and the detection works on another Geforce (Geforce 2) I have on another machine. I've tried different drivers too. Currently Running the 30.82 drivers.

Running XP on a Via 266a based Motherboard

Figured it out, PNY wouldn't detect it unless you unplug the CRT. What crap. found TV tool does it with out shutting down.
