Hello,
I have Geforce MX card with tv-out.
What I want is the following.
I'd like to watch a movie using media-player on my TV. If I use the detonator3 drivers (6.34) from Nvidia, I can put the card in Clone mode, but then the movie appears on the monitor too! I want the controls of the media player (play, stop, ...) to reside on the monitor while the fullscreen display (ONLY the fullscreen display) appears on the TV Screen!
I also would like to do with the winamp fullscreen visualizations, I want them too appear on the TV-screen too, while I can choose for an other visualization on my Monitor.
Why do I want to do this with winamp? In August 2001 whe're having a big party, with a videowall. I'd like to change winamp visualization, without the party-attenders being able to see what I'm doing!!
I've found a tool, installed (secretly) with Detonator3, 'Nvidia Full screen video mirror control', that does something like this (I guess), but I can't figure out how it works!
Can someone please help me with this tool, or is there anything else that can help me achieve my goals?
