Geforce MX (Asus 7100) Twin View problems...please help

I just got the Asus 7100 Twin View since I picked up a LCD. Here's the setup:
Athlon 1.4
KT7A RAID
512 MB
SB Live
...
Samsung 955DF 19" (Primary) 1024x768 @ 85Hz
Planar 17.4 LCD (Secondary) 1280x1024 @ 60Hz

The problem is that when anything is displayed on the secondary monitor, the primary monitor begins to flicker. I tried the latest Asus drivers (very old 6.31) and the latest official Nvidia (12.41). With the Asus drivers it's not as bad, but with the Nvidia reference drivers it's very noticeable. I've tried using two VGA and one VGA one DVI and it doesn't help. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help appreciated.
