Geforce MX and TV Out question

Okay...I don't want to spend more than $150 on a new video card, and I want TV out so I can watch DVDs on my TV.

First, is Twinview even worth considering? If not then I may get the Geforce1 DDR with TV out. Or should I just skip the TV out thing and get a GTS and pay the extra 15 bucks over the DDR.

Should I get a

Geforce2 MX with Twinview for 130 shipped to Hawaii.
or
Geforce256 DDR with TV out for 150 shipped to Hawaii.
or
Geforce2 GTS no TV out for 165 shipped to Hawaii.

I like playing games, just not on my TNT1 🙁
