Hi,
I'm having a new computer shiped to me and should have it soon and have heard concerns about the sharpness of nVidia cards at higher resolutions. My monitor can handle up to 2048x1536@85Hz, however from what I've heard it won't be too sharp comming out of these cards. I don't need to run it very high, and 1600x1200 should be okay - however given the choice I would like to know exactly how high I can push it while maintaining sharpness and without moding my card just yet
I'm starting out with a Gainward GoldenSample GF2Ti card to hold me over until I can get a GF4Ti4600 card. I've looked at the ATIs, however nVidia seems to have an edge with driver stability - which is an important issue.
