Well atleast drop the price on the Titan to 780 price, then release a new Titan with 2880 cores. 192 cores more. Thats pathetic.
I don`t even understand how that CEO can stand there looking all proud with that lousy increase.

Do you know what the job of a CEO is? It is to keep the company pofitable and the best CEOs do that year after year. They aren't there to give you free stuff or sell products as cheap as possible and overlap existing products because you wish they would. Its likely nvidia will still have the fastest single GPU card available and that's what they want because it wins the minds of many buyers.

A technology CEO isn't really maximizing his profit when it takes 5 years for his older products to become obsolete due to lack of major improvements.
Back in the late 90's, you were lucky to get 2 years of useful lifespan out of a $300 video card. Now that's more than twice that.
