GeForce GTX 470 - EVGA

I've decided to upgrade to a GeForce GTX 470 and was thinking of going with EVGA (EVGA GeForce GTX 470.) Does anyone have an opinion on EVGA that they'd like to share. Should I look at any others instead?

The only reason XFX looks so good on the red side is because EVGA doesn't do red and the rest of the ATI vendors don't have a clue what customer service is.

I RMA'd a video card I thought was bad but it turned out it was my motherboard. EVGA probably tested the card but they sent me an equivalent newer model (4600GT -> FX 5200) anyways.

Been with them ever since.

I have only been a BFG customer since I started this passion. However, as I recently noticed, BFG Fermi boards are non-existent. So, I started to ask around and I hear a resounding YES for EVGA. Never dealt with them, but if I do get a Fermi board, then I will most likely go with EVGA.

Hey i was thinking 470 as well...but Galaxy came out with their version and thinking ill tab that instead. Not sure if Evga or try this new Galaxy out. Price wise Galaxy is about 20 bucks lower with two years warranty.

Just wondering what everyones think.

Ive been using EVGA since my 7800 GTX (which is still running in another PC here). I've never had any problems with them and the lifetime warranty is nice, currently running an EVGA GTX 480.

EVGA is the best (warranty, the step-up program), followed by ASUS and Zotac, at least in my opinion. EVGA is worth the $10 bucks more.

I happen to be partial to ASUS' Carbon Fiber card design, but I think the EVGA 470 is aesthetically pleasing as well.
