Geforce GO 7800gtx is 0.09 micron

No, that's not what the pdf states.

The pdf merely mentions that powermizer 6 is capable of operating down to the latest 0.09 micron process, not that the 7800GTX Go operates on that process.

Advanced manufacturing fabrication and packaging processes, tuned specifically for mobile needs, provide the industry?s lowest power operation capability (down to the latest 0.09 micron process technology, running at low voltage, and power-dissipative bare-die flip-chip packaging).

Please try to stick to the facts. Much as I would like 7800 GTX Go to be 90nm based, fact is we don't know if it is or not yet and the powermizer pdf doesn't tell us.

I saw over at Beyond3d that the 7800 Go was indeed 110nm.It needn't be impossible considering the fact that the desktop part
runs at higher specs than that and still consumes lesser power than the 6800U.I guess it has a lot to do with the different clock domains in
the 7800 architecture.

Looks like nvidia forgot to mention this little tidbit to everybody, let alone make a big deal about it. So much for ati having the first 0.09 micron part out, nvidia is already shipping theirs quietly.

Nice swipe at ATI there. Too bad your post is completley erroneous. Nice try though, better luck next time.
