GeForce FX5200 or GF4 Ti4200? Need Help!

I am looking at these two different cards on eBay. They are both approximatelly the same price. One is an Apollo Geforce FX5200 256MB DDR, and one is a MSI GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB DDR. I watch TV (with Pinnacle PCTV PCI), watch DVDs, and play GTA Vice City occassionally. Which card would be better suited for me? The Ti4200 looks to be nicer quality.

Ti4200 is much faster, also you dont need 256MB on a card yet, especially an fx5200 that runs like garbage now, and would run even worse in future games that would require it.
